Violent Juveniles Removed From Homes Thesis

This would be consistent with the liberty the government has exercised in removing Native American children from their homes since the 19th century. It is, therefore, incumbent upon the Native American communities to exercise their own preventative and interventions aimed at curbing and resolving juvenile criminal behaviors. It is the only alternative to what is today the only way that society can continue to remove Native American children from their family and Native American communities.
